ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
Spend 3 days cycling in Portugal on guided routes.(5 days including travel days).
The Southern region of Portugal is famous for its stunning coastline and mild climate, making it an ideal destination for this cycling Experience.
Explore picturesque villages, golden beaches, and dramatic cliffs as you pedal along the coastal roads. The Algarve also offers inland routes through scenic countryside dotted with orange groves and vineyards, This experience will be three days of amazing cycling.
Not about speed, this is about getting early season miles into the legs (Approx. 70/100 miles per day), this relaxing cycle is also about the stunning surroundings, we will ride for approx. two hours before stopping for either coffee or lunch and enjoy a relaxing late afternoon followed by an evening of food and wine.
We will stay in the same hotel for the whole trip.
APPROXIMATE ITINERARY
THE FOLLOWING IS AN APPROXIMATION OF OUR DAYS IN THE SADDLE
- Day 1: Arrive in Portugal (Prepare for the next day)
(Wednesday 9th April). - Day 2: Ride to km / m
(Thursday 10th April). - Day 3: Ride to km / m
(Friday 11th April). - Day 4: Ride to km / m
(Saturday 12th April). - Day 6: Onward travel.
(Sunday 13th April)

- 4 Nights’ accommodation in the same hotel.
- 4 Breakfasts.
- 3 full days of guided routes (We ride with you).
- Transfers from the airport to the Hotel.
- Road bike hire for the trip (Full Carbon bike).
- Travel to Portugal and from Portugal back home.
- Lunches,Evening meals, Snacks or Drinks.
- Travel Insurance.
- Personal Equipment.
- Taxi transfers or public transport should you need to miss part of the ride.
- Transfers to the Airport for your return home.

TRIP COSTS
The total cost of the trip is £795.00 .
The initial payment through this webpage is a deposit of £200 (Plus the booking fee) this will then secure your place.
Further payments are due in staged intervals, or you can pay the balance in full.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
It is your responsibility to ensure you are at the start location for this experience.
This is in Portugal, including with your bike, Velo europe do not organize your travel from your home destination to the start location, although we can assist with transfers from Faro airport to The Hotel if required, (All transfers are subject to flight times).
If there is a need to book flights, ferries or additional travel please contact us BEFORE you do this, the experiences have a limited number of entrants needed for the experience to take place, we will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred booking these addition travel arrangements.
